Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness and accuracy.
• Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• PharmD or equivalent degree
• Completion of an internship in a pharmacy setting

Experience

• 3+ years of experience preferred

Certifications

• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with Inventory Management Systems: Knowledge of pharmacy management software and pharmacy operations.
