Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create educational resources for community members.
• Develop and maintain accurate program records and documentation.
• Represent the non-profit organization in public forums and events.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Public Administration or Social Sciences is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the non-profit sector
