Responsibilities

• Facilitate support groups for clients and families.
• Create educational materials to inform clients about available services.

• Make referrals to other professionals as needed.
• Support clients in resolving conflicts and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Additional training in trauma-informed care is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diverse social work environments
