Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
  • Provide education on disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and support their rights and wishes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care audits.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
  • Document care and educate patients on their diagnosis and treatment options.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Postgraduate qualifications advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
