Job Description

As a Fish and Game Warden, your primary role is to protect and conserve wildlife in designated areas. You will enforce relevant laws, monitor wildlife activities, and engage with the community to promote conservation efforts. Ideal candidates will have a passion for wildlife, strong observational skills, and the ability to work independently in challenging outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of designated conservation areas.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and wildlife regulations.
• Develop and implement community outreach programs focused on conservation.
• Collect and manage data on wildlife health and populations.
• Support animal rescue and rehabilitation efforts.
• Collaborate with local authorities for law enforcement on environmental crimes.
• Conduct educational workshops for local communities on sustainable practices.
• Work with research teams on wildlife studies and habitat assessments.
• Assist tourists and local visitors with information on wildlife safety.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance conservation skills.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in wildlife protection or conservation roles
