Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. A solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Support various accounting tasks as needed, including payroll processing.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CIMA or ACCA certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting

• Accounting Software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
