Public Health Specialist

Job Description

We seek an experienced Public Health Specialist committed to community engagement and health advocacy. You'll be responsible for analyzing health data, coordinating public health programs, and conducting workshops aimed at educating the community about health risks and preventative practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to improve health literacy in the community.
• Advise on public health related policy development.
• Lead community initiatives that address health disparities.
• Work with data analysts to track and report health outcomes.
• Facilitate partnerships with organizations for health resources.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research as needed.
• Help establish health awareness campaigns in schools and workplaces.
• Represent the organization at public health conferences and meetings.
• Manage public health outreach projects to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field
• Doctorate in Public Health is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public health or related field
