Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and support to patients.
• Evaluate and document patients' progress and response to treatment.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in patient rounds and case discussions.
• Administer intravenous therapies and injections as required.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
• Provide support during medical emergencies and code situations.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with nursing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate Qualification in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Care Coordination

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
