Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of steel structures from conception to completion.
• Utilise software tools for detailed modeling and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Review and approve design calculations and drawings.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to achieve integrated solutions.
• Prepare project documentation including specifications and drawings.
• Attend construction meetings and provide technical support.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets design specifications.
• Implement best practices in structural engineering and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Additional qualifications in project management a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in steel structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Revit

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
