Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated pharmacist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring they receive the right medications and guidance for their health needs. You will be responsible for managing prescriptions, counselling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess medication therapy to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients about their medications and health management.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for medication coverage.
• Address patient questions and concerns regarding medication.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences

Experience

• Proven experience in clinical pharmacy roles preferred
