Creative Minds Agency is on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to enhance our design team in Durban. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and client projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about design, with a strong grasp of typography, colors, and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective graphics for a range of digital and print media.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions.
• Stay current with design trends and technology to produce innovative work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
• Prepare files for production and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage design projects from concept through to completion.
• Provide expert design guidance to junior designers and interns.
• Use feedback to refine designs and improve overall quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• User Interface Design

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Graphic Design Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
