Job Description

As a General Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, delivering comprehensive medical services to patients in a community-focused practice. Your expertise will help patients navigate their health care needs, from preventive checks to chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine health checks and screenings.
  • Manage chronic health conditions effectively.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
  • Supervise and mentor junior healthcare staff.
  • Assist in the development of health programs.
  • Coordinate with specialists for patient referrals.
  • Update clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing education.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle choices to patients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or related field
  • Specialization in Family Medicine is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
