Tire Builder

Job Description

We are looking for a Tire Builder to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain tire curing equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality tire production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tire curing machines to meet production demands.
• Adjust machine settings based on specific tire requirements.
• Review production schedules and adjust operations as necessary.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Work with supervisors to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Enforce health and safety protocols in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in mechanical engineering or relevant field is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of curing processes
• Ability to read technical manuals

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Technical certifications: Possession of additional technical skills or certifications relevant to manufacturing.
• Prior experience in a high-volume production environment: Experience in fast-paced manufacturing settings is an advantage.
