Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager with excellent problem-solving skills to guide our projects from concept through execution. You should be capable of managing project teams, maintaining the project schedule, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. A knack for risk management and resource allocation will be beneficial in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
  • Arrange project meetings, steering committees, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are kept within the financial constraints.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of project team members.
  • Drive strategic decisions to align project goals with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Master's degree in Project Management or relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
