The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising strategies. This role requires a strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments.
• Utilize financial modeling to inform investment strategies.
• Create and review documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Engage in proactive networking to build industry relationships.
• Assist in the execution of client transactions from start to finish.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Develop insights into emerging markets and investment trends.
• Maintain high standards in communication and client interaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
• MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
