Job Description

Join our team as a Bookkeeper where you will play a key role in managing our financial systems. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing balance sheets, and supporting the senior accountant with audits and compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions in accounting software.
• Compile and analyze financial data for management reports.
• Assist in annual audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Generate invoices, receipts, and financial reports for clients.
• Collaborate with team members for financial strategy discussions.
• Implement internal financial controls to safeguard assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
• Microsoft Excel
• Payroll Management

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Bookkeeping Certification
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantageous

Languages
