Job Description

We are seeking a capable IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills to support hardware and software troubleshooting, maintain IT systems, and ensure high levels of customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing our IT infrastructure and supporting our users effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support queries from users in a timely manner.
• Setup and configure new user accounts and permissions.
• Implement IT policies to improve productivity and system reliability.
• Assist with the deployment of new software and features.
• Monitor and report on IT system performance metrics.
• Provide training to staff on new technologies and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience

Languages
