Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, keeping both clients and team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines.
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  • Document and report on project milestones and changes.
  • Support project-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
Experience
  • 3+ years of direct experience in project coordination
