Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations and performance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Implement project controls and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and support to project team members.
• Conduct regular project meetings and briefings.
• Continuously evaluate project processes and seek improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects

• Construction Software Proficiency

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
