Responsibilities

  • Lead design discussions and communicate project objectives to team members.
  • Analyze architectural trends and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Support sustainable architecture initiatives within the projects.
  • Regularly liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance.
  • Deliver project progress reports to management and clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Participate in professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture is an added advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in residential projects
