Structural Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Analyst to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and analyzing structural systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impeccable engineering designs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software and structural analysis tools for design.
• Conduct load and stress analysis on structural mechanisms.
• Prepare technical documentation including drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progression.
• Ensure that all structural designs meet local and international standards.
• Represent the structural team in project coordination meetings.
• Perform site investigations to assess existing conditions.
• Assist in the development of project schedules.
• Provide input on project budgets and cost estimations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
• Organizational or leadership training is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
