Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for executives.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and write minutes for meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees through administrative support.
  • Maintain filing systems and assist in record management.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as required.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth operations in the department.
  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, and printing.
  • Assist in developing organization-wide policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certification in Office Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
