The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated clients.
  • Monitor client performance and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare reports on account status and sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather leads.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and expanding accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales leads.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the B2B sector
