Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware and software systems, with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in various IT systems.
  • Assist users with software applications and services.
  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets within established SLAs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT tools and systems.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery processes are followed.
  • Help maintain security protocols and perform routine audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
