Responsibilities

• Develop engineering specifications and standards for products.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to identify innovative design ideas.
• Assess and prioritize engineering project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Work closely with suppliers for procurement of materials.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on new technologies.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical information and processes.
• Review designs for manufacturability and assembly.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mechanical engineering technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA or related qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or product development

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software
• Lean Manufacturing
• Quality Assurance

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
