Responsibilities

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Provide insights on financial decision-making through analysis.
• Oversee the maintenance of financial databases and reporting tools.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Participate in financial planning and risk management efforts.
• Analyze variances between actual and planned budgets.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certifications such as ACCA are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in financial analysis or auditing roles
