Job Description

As a Process Optimization Engineer, you will use your expertise to enhance processes and improve product quality. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop methods that elevate operational effectiveness in our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and redesign processes for better efficiency.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Coordinate with production teams for seamless implementation.
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes and improvements.
  • Analyze data from production systems to inform decision-making.
  • Provide technical support for process-related issues.
  • Work with suppliers to improve component quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in process optimization or manufacturing engineering
