Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer with a strong understanding of mechanical design, analysis, and production processes. The ideal candidate should be able to work with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of prototypes for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Gather and analyze data from experiments and monitor performance metrics.
• Work closely with QA teams to establish testing protocols.
• Facilitate training sessions for new technologies related to mechanical engineering.
• Ensure equipment and tooling are properly maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design and production processes.
• Review technical proposals and provide actionable feedback.
• Contribute to safety assessments of engineering projects.
• Maintain a strong focus on sustainable engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering roles
