Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician, where you will be the first line of support for our clients, providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. You'll handle troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve tech support requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Update and manage IT documentation and user manuals.
• Monitor IT systems for anomalies and security breaches.
• Assist in the setup of new user accounts and profiles.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement IT solutions.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in IT Support or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support
