We are looking for a Force-Variation Equipment Tender to lead the tendering process for force-variation equipment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the equipment market, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and manage the tendering process for various suppliers.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and specifications for equipment.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Draft, review, and modify supplier contracts as necessary.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary equipment.
• Provide recommendations for supplier improvement strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning about procurement trends and best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions on procurement standards for internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
