Octave Board Racker

Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Octave Board Racker to join our electronics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the assembly and testing of our innovative IoT devices, specifically designed for industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, rack, and test Octave Boards according to production guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks on completed products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and electronic equipment for assembly tasks.
• Document assembly processes and report any deviations.
• Follow standard operating procedures to enhance productivity.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical diploma in electronics is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Circuit Board Design Software
• Manual Dexterity

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving Skills
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Read Schematics: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with Hand Tools: Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, tweezers, and wire cutters.
