Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and quality of our software products. You will analyze specifications, design test cases, and assess the functionality, performance, and security of applications. The role requires collaboration with developers to address issues and improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document issues, bugs, and other areas for improvement.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain and update testing documentation and procedures.
• Lead QA initiatives and mentoring junior testers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in QA are preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on agile testing methodologies

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Regression Testing

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Certified Test Manager (CTM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile application testing: Familiarity with testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools: Experience with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack.
