Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans for various properties.
• Collaborate with teams of engineers and designers to refine project specifications.
• Conduct site assessments to gather measurements and inspect building conditions.
• Present concepts and designs to clients, making adjustments based on feedback.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural techniques and codes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architecture or related fields

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with urban design projects: Experience in community-focused and urban residential design.
