Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural documents in compliance with local authorities.
• Utilize CAD software to create accurate building models and designs.
• Facilitate client meetings and gather requirements for each project phase.
• Engage in community outreach to recommend design solutions for neighborhood developments.
• Collaborate with project managers to track timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architecture or related fields

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
