As an Architect in our Pretoria office, you will lead design processes, supervise junior architects, and manage project schedules. Your expertise in creating innovative building designs will be crucial as we aim to push the boundaries of traditional architecture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and surveys for design potential.
• Develop architectural designs and presentations according to client specifications.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors throughout the construction process.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture and sustainable design.
• Mentor junior architects and interns on best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to present designs and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design
