Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline IT support for desktop and mobile devices.
• Aid in the maintenance of server environments and backups.
• Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to facilitate communication.

Advantageous

• Certificate in ITIL Foundations: Understanding of ITIL best practices for IT service management.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions: Experience with data backup implementations and disaster recovery plans.
