Responsibilities
Ensure efficient office operations by managing day-to-day activities.
Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Organize travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Prepare standard operating procedures and office guidelines.
Monitor and manage office machinery and equipment.
Assist in the execution of marketing and communications campaigns.
Handle mail and courier services efficiently.
Compile data and prepare reports for management review.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the office.
Requirements
Education
Matric Certificate or equivalent
BCom in Business Administration would be an advantage
Experience
3+ years of experience in office management or administration
