Job Description

We're looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative operations in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing critical data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence will help you contribute to our team's success and streamline our workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enter data efficiently in various systems.
  • Cross-check information for discrepancies and correctness.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and other documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the team in achieving data-related goals and targets.
  • Participate in training sessions for new software and processes.
  • Provide feedback on data management processes to ensure improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Management or similar is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles focusing on data management
