Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to assist in management decision-making.
• Analyze trends and performance against benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand discrepancies in current performance compared to budgeted figures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and strategies.
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis as required by senior management.
• Monitor financial performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CFA or equivalent certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
