Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead our auditing projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will oversee audit teams, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards, while guiding junior auditors in their professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review and finalize audit reports to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Train and develop junior team members on audit methodologies.
• Act as a liaison between the audit team and management.
• Identify areas for process improvement within clients’ operations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials for audit findings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct post-audit follow-ups to ensure implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in audit management

• Tax Compliance

Certifications

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
