We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client portfolios, executing transactions, and providing financial advisory services. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and help them achieve success through strategic investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement investment strategies based on market conditions.
• Engage in negotiations with clients and stakeholders regarding investment opportunities.
• Advise clients on portfolio management and risk assessment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior analysts within the team.
• Ensure all transaction documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in investment banking or corporate finance
