Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online retail strategies in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing online sales platforms and enhancing customer engagement. You will collaborate with various teams to design and implement marketing strategies that increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Establish promotional calendars for seasonal and special events.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance brand reputation.
  • Train staff on e-commerce platform usage and best practices.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers and bloggers for promotional collaboration.
  • Manage product photography and listings for optimal presentation.
  • Analyze sales trends to inform inventory decision-making.
  • Report e-commerce performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate with IT for website updates and improvements.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations
