Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your expertise will assist users in resolving hardware and software issues, contributing to an efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical support requests and provide timely solutions.
• Set up workstations and ensure proper functioning of hardware.
• Troubleshoot software applications and assist users in adapting to new technologies.
• Assist the IT department in auditing and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
• Deliver user training sessions on software and hardware.
• Manage IT ticketing system and track resolution progress.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles
