Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Architect to join our creative team. Your responsibilities will include crafting innovative designs, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring projects align with architectural standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Utilize CAD software for creating architectural drawings.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Monitor the construction process to ensure adherence to the design.
• Implement innovative and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in design and construction

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of interior design concepts: Experience in coordinating interior design within architectural projects.
• Proficiency in project management software: Experience with tools such as MS Project or Trello.
