We are seeking a passionate Training Coordinator who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a knack for developing engaging training content. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure effective training delivery and promote continuous learning within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to various learning styles.
• Monitor training trends and implement best practices in training delivery.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by providing initial training programs.
• Create a positive learning environment to encourage participation and feedback.
• Evaluate and recommend external training resources and vendors as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate training role or L&D officer position
