We are on the lookout for a passionate Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, develop reports, and assist in the budget planning process. The ideal individual should possess a solid analytical mindset and be proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of revenue streams and profit margins.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Manager.
• Conduct variance analysis and present results.
• Assist in the implementation of new financial systems.
• Participate in cross-departmental financial projects.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support for junior analysts.
• Identify trends and make recommendations for financial improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• CFA Level 2 certification preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in finance or a related field
