Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Air Crew Members, you will oversee all airborne operations to ensure safety and compliance. Your role will involve coordinating and monitoring air crew activities, ensuring all personnel are properly trained, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of air crew members.
  • Conduct training and evaluation of air crew personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on aircraft performance and safety.
  • Develop safety training programs for air crew staff.
  • Manage and oversee flight scheduling and logistics.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
  • Foster teamwork and effective communication among air crew.
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Aviation or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years in aviation operations management with military experience being advantageous.
