Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Financial Analyst to provide analysis and reporting that will drive business decisions. This role requires strong numerical and analytical capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to guide investment decisions.
• Create financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes with thorough analysis.
• Review financial results and compare them against forecasts.
• Develop tools and dashboards for financial reporting.
• Advise on financial performance, analyzing variances and trends.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
• Monitor compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Relevant qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience preferred
