The Corporate Treasurer plays a critical role in managing the financial risks of the organization, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, as well as overseeing the company's liquidity and cash flow management. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Formulate cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Develop financial forecasts and manage budgeting processes.
• Handle external audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Lead a finance team to achieve departmental goals.

• Coordinate funding and investment activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role.
