Job Description

As a Molding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our pilling machinery to ensure the production of high-quality molded products. You will monitor the production process, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setup machines according to specifications for production runs.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Train new operators on machine functions and safety procedures.
• Implement best practices for waste reduction in production.
• Report any safety concerns to management immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in manufacturing or engineering

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Pilling machine operation
• Mechanical troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
