Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. You will design test plans, execute testing procedures, and collaborate with development teams to ensure a seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute test cases and track defects using issue management tools.
• Work closely with product owners to understand requirements and expected outcomes.
• Review and provide feedback on user stories and specifications.
• Train and mentor junior QA team members.
• Assist in the identification of areas for process improvement.
• Perform source code reviews to ensure quality compliance while collaborating with developers.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance

Technical Skills

• Python
• Postman

• Critical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines: Knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience in automation testing frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
